Dance Floor Rentals and Flooring

Whether you need a full floor for your event, or a simple dance floor, we can accommodate any size requirement.

For outdoor applications, our birch veneer flooring is available in 4′x8′ sections for use on tennis courts, gravel and sand surfaces, and grass.

For indoor applications or very firm and level outdoor surfaces we offer interlocking parquet flooring and trim available in 1′x1′ squares.

Tent Lighting

For your wedding or party tent we offer perimeter lights, white mini lights, hanging lanterns, and colored accent lights. We’d be happy to provide you with lighting recommendations that will help set the mood for your event.

All lighting options require a standard 110 power outlet. We install all lighting units and will run the power from the light fixture to the base of the tent.  For remote sites or sites with inadequate power, a generator is available for rental.

Stage Rentals

Staging is available in 4′x4′ steel frame sections with adjustable leg heights from 6″ to 24″. Stage surface is hardwood decking with a non-skid surface material. Options include skirting, steps and railings.

Portable Propane Heaters

We offer 80,000 BTU and 125,000 BTU heaters. We suggest 1 heater for every 1500-2000 SF. This means if you have a 30′x40′ tent you’ll need one heater; if you have a 40′ x 60′ tent you’ll need two.

To increase range and comfort we equip our heaters with thermostats. This means that your heater won’t run constantly, saving fuel and avoiding overheating your guests.

Ignition and fan require 110 power and draw less than 7 amps peak, so most household electrical service will suffice. For sites that do not have electric access, a generator can also be rented.

Gas Oven Rentals

We rent the Duke E101-G Gas Convection Oven, which includes five oven racks, snap action thermostat and 50/50 independent stainless steel doors with large windows. Includes stand and wheels for improved ergonomics and flexibility.

Gas Grill Rentals

Perfect for your outdoor party, we rent a 48″ wide stainless steel grill featuring eight burners and two side trays. Includes fuel.

Garden Arbor Rentals

Add a touch of tradition to your ceremony with our 48″ wide, pergola-style cedar arbor featuring a rounded trellis. Can be used alone or decorated with flowers. Planter boxes not included.

Specialty Item Rentals

We can help you transform your tent’s interior. Specialty items we can order include fabric liners (as shown in the photo), lighting effects, including chandeliers, different chair types or colors, chair covers, and specialty china or glassware.
