Event Consultation Services
First, we start by providing a FREE estimate for rental items you’re interested in. Our event consultant will ask a lot of questions such as the number of guests, what type of food service is planned, what type of entertainment is planned, where will the event be held, etc. This is to help identify other items you may not have thought of and to determine the appropriate sized tent for your event. Our consultants can help you get the look you want within the budget you have, and are happy to share the many tips and creative ideas gained from working with hundreds of customers.
We will also work with your other vendors, such as caterer, facilities manager, and event planner to identify additional needs such as a catering tent and electric outlets, and to fully understand location details and facility rules for set up and removal.
Site Analysis Services
Whether it’s your backyard, an open field or a designated event site, there are considerations to keep in mind if you’re planning to have a party tent. Are there any low spots where water will collect if it rains? Are power lines an issue? What size tent can the site REALLY accommodate? Can trucks access the site to unload rentals?
If we are unfamiliar with your event site, we will request to visit the site. This is a free service and can be performed with or without you present. A member of our event team will walk the property, take measurements, and review the event requirements. He or she will then let you know if there are any issues and offer suggestions to work around those issues. This step is critical to ensure there are no surprises on the delivery and setup day.
Event Design & Tent Layout Services
Once you’ve decided on your rentals and we have a clear understanding of the site and set up, we’ll create a preliminary floor plan to show you how the tented facility can be organized. This becomes a working document that ultimately drives the final appearance of your event.
Our computerized design program can help you visualize and arrange tables, chairs, dance floor, band stage, buffet areas, bars, serving stations, caterer’s preparation spaces, and more.
Rental Delivery and Set Up Services
Depending on the availability of the installation site, the weather and your specific event schedule, we typically set up one to four days prior to your event date. In order to serve you best, we can provide after hours, early AM and weekend delivery and pick up.
Chairs can be set up and taken down for an additional charge and our staff can even attend your event to provide further moving and set up help as your wedding, graduation or party progresses.
